The location was great and secluded. Main attraction for us during our stay was pool and hot tub. We were able to enjoy our stay mostly in the pool. The grill was on point for BBQ. What a wonderful place for a get-away. The farm and its views from every direction were spectacular. Our family loved afternoon swims while watching cows, horses, and other animals under gorgeous blue skies. Even the one day it rained was beautiful to see. This is our second stay here and once again it exceeded our expectations! The place is very well designed, clean and private. It has a small out patio area to hangout. It’s literally right next door to a local coffee shop. Its also walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars in town. And a short drive to many other amenities in the area. Perfect location to either enjoy the charming town of Sperryville or to serve as a comfortable base point to explore the surrounding natural beauty of Virginia.
